Custom Weakly Acidic Dye Series

Weak acid dyes can be produced by increasing molecular weight, introducing long carbon chains  or aromatic sulfone groups in strong acid dyes. The proportion of sulfonic acid groups in the molecules of weakly acidic dyes is relatively small, and the molecular structure is relatively complex. It basically exists in a colloidal dispersion state in a solution at room temperature, has hydrophilicity, and has a moderate solubility and aggregation degree in aqueous solution. The dye migration and level dyeing properties are slightly worse, but the wet fastness is better. Weak acid dyes can dye wool in weakly acidic medium (PH=4~5), with a high affinity for wool fiber, no damage to wool. The fastness is improved and the shade is darker, but the level dyeing property is not good. The dyeing performance is between the levelling acid dyes and the milling acid dyes.
